Representative Eastman moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB 29(JUD) am be returned to second reading for the specific purpose of considering Amendment No. 3. There was objection. The question being: "Shall CSHB 29(JUD) am be returned to second reading for the specific purpose of considering Amendment No. 3?"
